Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and enhance overall relationships with assigned clients, focusing on increasing adoption, ensuring retention, and maximizing satisfaction.
  • Develop, prepare, and nurture customers for account growth.
  • Guide clients from the sales closure stage through onboarding, training, and ongoing support.
  • Identify and develop opportunities for upselling.
  • Advocate for customer needs and issues across departments.
  • Manage account escalations and program initiatives effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Over 2 years of experience in Customer Success/Key Accounts Manager or a related role with a proven track record of increasing customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention.
  • Experience in training and education is highly desirable.
  • Comfortable working with clients of all sizes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and analytical mindset.
  • Strong team player with the ability to work independently.
  • Thrive in a multitasking environment and can adjust priorities swiftly.

Requirements:

  • Eager to learn, adapt, and continuously improve your work; seek out and utilize help effectively.
