Responsibilities
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
Supporting of Key customers
Optimization of customer process
Maintenance of Business Relationship
Identify key Accounts and Measure results to improve
Understand key accounts needs
Follow up with client and Maintain a regular contact
Is to retain top customers and nurture those key relationships over time.
Ideally, they become a strategic partner and advisor to the client, discovering new opportunities to work together for mutual benefit.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Key Accounting or relevant role in Business Management
Proficiency in English, Hindi, Kannada..etc.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office, MS Excel, PPT
Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus.
Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
Fast learner and passion for sales
Analytical and strategic thinking
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
Graduate/Master Graduate with a mindset to take individual decision.
