Key Responsibilities:- Build and maintain robust relationships with key clients, becoming a trusted advisor to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction with our products and services.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive growth and maximize revenue from key accounts.
- Collaborate with Business Development Managers to seamlessly transition leads into opportunities and convert them into orders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and proactively identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Handle RFQs, RFIs, and RFPs received from global customers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create proposals and present them to clients.
- Maintain an up-to-date CRM system and diligently follow up with clients regarding orders.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and devise strategies to expand our market presence.
- Work closely with internal teams, including Sourcing, operations, design, and product teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
- Stay updated with industry trends and market developments, anticipating changes in clients needs, and adapting our solutions accordingly.
Preferred Education and Experience- Bachelors degree is must
- Must have 3-5 Years of experience in a Sales Position. Must also have proven and successful track record.
- Preference to candidate with experience in handling Ecommerce Orders management team/ Global Sales Call centers team.
- Preference to candidates with digital customer acquisition experience.
This is a full-time, salaried position. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 5:00 p.m. to 2.30 a.m. However, this position is responsible for communicating with our worldwide team and as such, frequently has to perform duties outside traditional office hours, including daily meetings.
