We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with key clients in the India market. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients in the India market
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts
  • Meet and exceed sales targets on a quarterly and annual basis
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Provide regular reports on account status and sales performance
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments

Skills and Qualifications

  • MBA degree
  • 1-2 years of experience in Key Account Management or Sales
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Fluent in English
