Hiring for a leading Aluminum doors & windows manufacturing company For Mumbai location for Lead Key Account Manager profile, person will handle projects and business development and maintain strong relationships with architects and design professionals
Responsibilities
Architect Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with architects and design professionals.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the company and architectural clients.
- Manage and ensure updation of the Database of architects on CRM
Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with architects to achieve the sales target
Architect Loyalty Program and Engagement Scheme
- Develop and implement a loyalty program for architects, aimed at enhancing their engagement and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote loyalty program benefits and ensure active participation
Market Analysis and Strategy:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
- Provide feedback to the product development team based on architectural insights.
- Operate as the primary point of contact for key account stakeholders
- Develop a trusted advisory relationship with accounts, customer stakeholders and internal partners
- Prepare and guarantee monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Post graduation
- 7+ years of relevant work experience
