As a Key Account Manager specializing in Architecture, you will be responsible for fostering and maintaining relationships with key clients in the architecture industry. Your role will be pivotal in understanding client needs, coordinating project requirements, and ensuring client satisfaction through exceptional service delivery. This position requires a blend of strategic thinking, relationship management skills, and a deep understanding of architectural practices.
- You will be responsible for achieving revenuegrowth goals from assigned accounts(new and existing).
- Build strongrelationships with customers and maintain highengagement & satisfaction levels. Consistently increase customerNPS YOY.
- Manage all recurring contracts to ensure 100 % on time renewal& revenue target achievement.
- Deep engagement with these customers to expand our basket of complimentary products & services.
- Exhaustive networking and relationship buildingwith all stakeholders in these customers.
- Maintain recordof all customer details & communication in CRM and other formats.
- Keeping oneselfupdated with OEM certification as required.
Qualifications:
- B.E Civil or masters in the relevant field.
- B.Arch./ Construction Management will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- 7+ years of experience in relevant industry.
- Must have solution sales / key account management experience in Architecture industry.
