We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our clients team as a Junior Sales Representative, specializing in solar energy solutions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of their company and promote sustainable energy practices.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue potential customers through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, online research, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients by understanding their needs, educating them about solar energy solutions, and offering tailored recommendations.
- Conduct engaging and informative presentations to showcase the benefits of solar energy systems, addressing customer inquiries, and providing accurate information to facilitate decision-making.
- Prepare customized proposals and quotes based on client requirements, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with company offerings and pricing structures.
- Skillfully negotiate terms and contracts with clients to secure sales agreements, overcome objections, and achieve sales targets.
- Manage sales pipelines and CRM systems to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities, ensuring timely follow-up and documentation of all interactions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for business growth and adaptation of sales strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the renewable energy or technology sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives.
