Job Description

Job Summary: As a Junior Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and contributing to the achievement of sales targets. This entry-level position is ideal for someone with a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a desire to grow within a fast-paced technology company.
  • Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential customers through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients by understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
Sales Support: Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and other sales materials.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up activities to nurture leads and move them through the sales pipeline.


  • Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in sales and technology.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with potential clients.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new opportunities.
  • Basic understanding of CRM software and sales processes.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related role is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the IT and network security industry is plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
