Assume overall accountability for Safety, Product delivery with Right Quality, Right Process, Right People. Data collection from daily production report and update in excel. ShiftWise SFRN punching and Shift scheduled communication to another team member.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Follow the shift scheduled plan.
- Daily data collection from all line and update in excel.
- Any nonconformance of process and related parameters, highlighted on immediate basis as well as stop the production.
- Daily basis First piece checking.
- FSA checking as per plan.
- Lot hold if any nonconformance observed in FSA | FTT.
- SFRN - Daily basis clearance with production team.
- Data collection of all NPI.
- Adhere Skill matrix on daily basis.
- Line material issue highlighted to IQC at on time.
- Responsible for 5 S execution aligned with SFS.
- Attend the tier 1 meeting of production. (Line meeting)
- Line FG - identified with Tag (Green, Red) along signature.
- Cross check PFD, Control plan, W I, AMCs.
- Maintain quality through all processes reacts to quality issues by utilizing the tool as RCA and responds with corrective actions. Cooperation with the Operation Manager and team.
- Ensures strict compliance with plant EH&S goals and compliance objectives.
- Ensures that programs and procedures are adopted to guard against industrial accidents and protect the safety and wellbeing of area employees. Cooperation with the EHS&S Manager and team.
- Management of the workforce within the value stream, through cooperation with the HR Manager and Operation Manager.
