Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, particularly in lead generation, client engagement, and deal closure. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing and converting leads generated through various digital and offline platforms, effectively communicating our services, and nurturing client relationships to ensure successful conversions.
  • Responsibilities:
Review and qualify leads generated from various digital and offline platforms, including Facebook ads.
  • Conduct outbound calls to engage potential clients who are seeking our branding and digital marketing services.
Develop persuasive presentations (PPT) tailored to each client's requirements after understanding their needs. Utilize different packages and rate cards provided by the company to create comprehensive presentations.
  • Present and demonstrate our services effectively to potential clients.
Conduct physical meetings with clients if needed and go for offline meetings to convert the client.
  • Visit the current client's office to check what new requirements they have and sell the required services.
Coordinate with the project managers & clients to ensure that the delivery of the projects is on time.
  • Look for new opportunities to grow business.
Look for partnership opportunities for stable growth.
  • Follow up with leads through various communication channels to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline.
Negotiate terms and close deals with potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies.
Keep accurate records of sales activities and update the CRM system regularly. Basic knowledge of CRM functions, particularly HubSpot, is required.
  • Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
  • 3+ years of proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint.
  • Basic knowledge of how a CRM functions (HubSpot preferred).
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

  • 00 - 25,000.00 per month
