We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Sales professional to join our Life Insurance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining existing relationships with clients. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales plan to meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
- Prospect for new business through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities
- Identify client needs and recommend appropriate products and services
- Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 1-6 years of experience in sales in the insurance industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Knowledge of life insurance products and services
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
