Job Description

  • Provide Global and on-site end-user support for H.B. Fuller .
    T he IT Service Desk / Support Analyst is a front-line problem solver and as an IT Support Analyst, you serve as the first point of contact for end-users experiencing technical issues and provide timely and effective solutions, either remotely or on-site.
  • You diagnose hardware and software problems, set up new equipment, and ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.
  • You escalate complex issues to higher-level support and document all interactions and resolutions when necessary. Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential to ensure high user satisfaction and seamless IT operations.
    Support Analyst professionals are customer-oriented individuals tasked with fielding questions and helping to resolve issues concerning IT systems, computer hardware, and software. The ideal candidate has excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to prioritize, a customer-friendly attitude, and the ability to work in a team environment.
    Responsibilities include but not limited to:
  • Provide customer service to end-users via phone, online requests, emails, and walk-ups.
  • Document technical procedures and maintain a knowledge base.
  • Resolve complex technical problems related to computer systems, applications, and network connectivity.
  • Manage and prioritize technical support requests and ensure timely resolution.
  • Participate in the design, installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and peripherals.
  • Collaborate with other IT staff to identify and implement solutions for complex technical problems.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base.
  • Provide training to end-users on software applications and technology
  • Minimum Requirements:
    Associates degree required.
    Internship in IT/business and/or 2-4 years of IT/related experience
    Preferred Requirements:
    Bachelors in BA, CS, or MIS
    Certification or other training in IT industry.
    ITIL v3 or higher.

    Physical Environment:
    Basic office environment
