Job Responsibilities
- Providing IT support for all business functions to improve business continuity, service levels and customer satisfaction
- IT Operations Management (Incident, Problem Management and change management, creation of Knowledge Base)
- Managing IT support for users in all shifts as individual
- First level support for Application & Databases related issues and coordinate with cross functional team for end-to-end closure
- Operation & Maintenance of IT Network Infrastructure and Data Center.

- Capability to interact with the business user and solve their IT problems
- Basic knowledge of various IT streams; Data Center, Network, Database, Applications
