Description
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining IT infrastructure systems. The candidate will also have experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, as well as managing IT projects and ensuring the security of IT systems.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement IT infrastructure systems, including servers, storage, networking, and security
- Ensure the stability, reliability, and security of IT infrastructure systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Manage IT projects from conception to implementation
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, standards, and procedures
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of systems
- Provide technical support to end-users
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 2-12 years of experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining IT infrastructure systems
- Experience with server operating systems such as Windows Server, Linux, and Unix
- Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware and Hyper-V
- Experience with storage technologies such as SAN, NAS, and RAID
- Experience with networking technologies such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, and VPN
- Experience with security technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and antivirus/anti-malware software
- Experience with IT project management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Certifications such as MCSE, CCNA, CCNP, or CISSP are a plus
