Contact potential clients through outbound calls and emails.
Qualify leads based on their interest and budget.
Provide detailed information about our properties, including features, pricing, and location.
Overcome objections and address customer concerns.
Schedule appointments for sales agents with qualified leads.
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
Achieve and exceed sales targets.
Stay up-to-date on the real estate market and company offerings.
Proven experience in telemarketing or sales preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
