Responsibilities
- Providing excellent customer service to passengers at the airport
- Assisting passengers with their luggage, check-in, and boarding procedures
- Handling passenger inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
- Ensuring the safety and security of all passengers and their belongings
- Coordinating with other ground staff members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures
- Performing other duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- 0-5 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy objects
- Knowledge of basic computer applications and systems
- Fluent in English and Hindi
- Willingness to work flexible hours and weekends
