Internship in HR Recruiter

Description

We are seeking an Intern for HR Recruiter position to join our team. This internship is for the duration of 3 and 6 months and will provide hands-on experience in the recruitment process and HR operations. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions in the organization. The candidate should have a strong interest in HR and recruitment and should be willing to learn and grow in the field.

Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying potential candidates by utilizing various recruitment tools and techniques
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to ensure candidates meet position requirements
• Schedule and conduct in-person interviews with candidates
• Provide feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions on various job portals and social media platforms
• Assist in managing the recruitment process from start to finish
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports
• Assist in other HR tasks as required

Skills and Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in HR or recruitment
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
• Familiarity with MS Office and HR software
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
