Description
We are seeking an experienced International Sales Manager with 2-8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and be able to develop and implement effective sales strategies specially in field of Agro Commodities/ Rice's/ Pulses/ Spices . The candidate should have excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with clients and partners. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Negotiate and close sales deals with customers
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing the sale
- Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure customer satisfaction and successful delivery of products and services
- Analyze market trends and provide feedback to the company on product and service offerings
- Travel internationally to meet with clients and attend industry events
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's/ Master's degree in business administration, marketing, International Business or Foreign Trade
- 2-8 years of experience in international sales
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Experience in negotiating and closing sales deals
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel internationally
- Fluency in English and other foreign languages is a plus
