Minimum 6 months of experience in international BPO- Handle inbound/outbound customer queries related to products and services.
Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, or chat.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with internal teams to address complex problems.- Maintain customer satisfaction by ensuring timely follow-ups.
Document interactions and track customer details in the CRM system.
- Meet performance targets such as customer satisfaction, response time, and call handling metrics.
