Job Description

As an Inside Sales Specialist at VisionaryHire, you will be a crucial part of our sales team, focusing on generating and nurturing B2B leads for enterprise-grade customers. This role demands a proactive and innovative approach to identify, engage and convert prospects into potential clients, primarily through digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Utilize tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and other platforms to identify and target relevant enterprise prospects.
  • Use tools like HubSpot to send emails and follow up with potential clients to get them interested.
  • Keep the appointment schedule flowing smoothly with qualified potential clients to ensure a steady sales pipeline.
  • Work with the sales team to make special proposals for clients by understanding what they want and working closely together.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to stay abreast of industry trends and
  • competitor activities.
  • Performance Tracking: Utilize CRM tools to track and report on sales activities, outcomes, and metrics for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the technology or digital transformation sector.
  • Proficiency in B2B lead generation tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and HubSpot.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and dynamics in the enterprise technology space.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, with a results-driven approach and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.

Education level:

  • Bachelors. or Engineering with specialization preferred in marketing.
  • Out Systems Sales Certifications preferred

Salary Bracket: Up To 10 LPA

Experience req: 3-5 Yrs (service-based IT firm)
