Job Description & Responsibilities: Sales Manager - SaaS SubscriptionAs the Sales Manager - SaaS Subscription, you will be responsible for driving subscription growth by reaching out to both existing and potential suppliers in the agro and food commodities sectors. This role requires an experienced, results-oriented professional with a deep understanding of SaaS sales and subscription-based revenue models. You will play a pivotal role in promoting Tradologie.com's value proposition to suppliers, enhancing their awareness of the platform's capabilities, and guiding them to successfully onboard as subscribers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive subscription revenue growth.
- Identify, engage, and build relationships with both current and potential agro commodity suppliers interested in Tradologie.com's SaaS platform.
- Conduct product demonstrations and communicate the benefits of subscription to stakeholders, helping them understand how Tradologie.com can drive their business growth.
- Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing, ensuring a smooth and professional onboarding experience.
- Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to optimize sales funnel and retention strategies.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and report on sales performance and metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies in SaaS and the agro commodities market.
Eligibility and SkillsEligibility:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 3-5 years of experience in SaaS sales, with a proven track record in subscription sales or similar roles.
- Experience in B2B sales, preferably in the agro commodities or technology sector.
