Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist located in Gurugram. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for lead generation, customer satisfaction, and effective communication with clients. They will also provide exceptional customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Generate new sales leads through outbound calls, emails, and social media platforms.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing ongoing support and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products, pricing, and promotions.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions to meet their requirements.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up tasks using our CRM software.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors activities to effectively position our products and services.
- Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and conferences to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support lead generation campaigns and provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends.
