Job Title: Inside Sales Executive (EdTech)
Location: Bangalore (Koramangala) / Hyderabad (Gachibowli) / Mumbai (Andheri)
Compensation: Up to 5 LPA Fixed + 6 LPA Variable
**Position Overview:**
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our EdTech team, focusing on selling accounting and financial courses. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inside sales with a proven track record of meeting targets.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Engage with potential leads to understand their educational needs and introduce them to our accounting and financial courses.
- Drive the entire sales process from lead generation to closure, ensuring a high conversion rate.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain a database of all leads, interactions, and follow-ups on CRM to ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation and conversion efforts.
**Requirements:**
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (graduation is mandatory).
- At least 6 months of experience in inside sales, preferably in EdTech or a similar field.
- Proven ability to work with and achieve sales targets.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
