Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Associate at Urjika Consulting & Engineering Solutions Pvt Ltd in Gautam Buddha Nagar. The Inside Sales Associate will be responsible for customer satisfaction, lead generation, account management, and driving sales activities to meet business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and nurture potential customers through outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up.
- Understand customer needs and effectively communicate product benefits and value propositions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to build trust and loyalty.
- Accurately track and manage sales activities and opportunities in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth sales processes and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed sales quotas and key performance indicators.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in inside sales, sales development, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and quotas.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM and sales tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English.
