We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, building customer relationships, and closing sales over the phone or through digital channels. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential customers through cold calling, email outreach, social media, and other digital marketing strategies.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct virtual sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits and value of our products/services.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, providing ongoing support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.Sales Pipeline Management:
Manage and update the sales pipeline using CRM software, tracking leads, opportunities, and sales progress.Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals by closing deals and driving revenue growth.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate their benefits and address customer needs.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing team to follow up on leads generated through campaigns and to develop targeted sales strategies.Reporting:
Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including activity metrics, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.Market Feedback: Gather and relay customer feedback to the product development team to help improve products/services and address customer needs.
Experience: Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or a related field, preferably in software, retail, telecommunications.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to build rapport quickly with clients over the phone or through digital channels.
