Job Description
- Make contact with potential or existing clients each day via leads that have been assigned to you
- Propose solutions to customers that meet their unique business needs
- Provide online demonstrations where necessary to potential customers
- Promptly respond to email requests
- Provide quotes and follow up on quotations within expected timeframes
- Meet daily/ weekly/ monthly revenue targets set by the Inside Sales Team Manager (individual)
- Promote and maintain a high quality, professional, service-oriented company image among customers
- Process any written request from our prospects and customers using our proprietary systems
- Discover opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell add additional products to customers by conducting a thorough needs analysis
- Discuss possible ways to improve our processes and systems with your Team Manager
Requirements
- Experience in selling Software as a Service (SaaS) products (atleast 2+ years)
- Experience of working in a target driven environment
- It is beneficial if the candidate has worked with Value-Added Resellers (VARs), Value-Added Distributors (VADs), or directly with channel partners
- Experience in B2B sales & engaging with customers and understanding their needs
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is a must. The candidate should be adept at managing customer data, tracking sales activities, and leveraging CRM insights to drive sales (Microsoft Dynamics/Salesforce etc.)
- Strong oral and written fluency in English
- Demonstrated ability to conduct a needs analysis and offer a solution accordingly
- Advanced knowledge of Windows and general understanding of technology
- High level of customer service and ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Team oriented and creative approach to cross and up-selling
