We are looking for a supply chain professional who is keen to build India's foremost manufacturing services brand and be a part of the team to realize the vision for #MakeInIndia together.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through inbound/outbound calls, LinkedIn connections, and research.
- Qualify leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Set up meetings with potential clients and schedule product demos.
- Prepare accurate quotes and pricing for customers, ensuring timely follow-up.
- Maintain CRM/ERP hygiene, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer information.
- Collaborate with the external sales team to manage customer accounts, ensuring smooth delivery of products.
- Manage billing and collections processes to ensure timely payments.
- Assist in the sales process, including proposal generation and contract negotiation.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs as set by management.
Requirements:
- BTech in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and industry trends is an advantage.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of mechanical drawings (2D/3D).
- Proficient in CRM/ERP software and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Ability to work in US & UK time zones.
- Analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Prior experience in B2B sales within the manufacturing or industrial sector.
- Ability to understand technical specifications and provide consultative sales solutions.
