Job Summary:

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for generating new sales opportunities, managing customer accounts, and driving revenue growth through proactive outreach and relationship building. This role involves working closely with the sales team to identify and qualify leads, as well as providing exceptional customer service to existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and inbound inquiries.

Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

Sales Process Management: Generate Leads, Follow up management with Sales team and help in closures.

Product Knowledge: Maintain a fair understanding of the company's products and services, staying updated on industry trends and competitive offerings.

Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, marketing department, and other internal stakeholders to align strategies and ensure a cohesive approach to sales.

CRM Management: Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to track and manage sales activities, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.

Reporting: Prepare and present regular Leads reports, including forecasts and performance metrics, to the Sales Manager.

Qualifications:

Education: Graduate

Experience: 1 - 2+ years of experience in inside sales or a similar role.

Skills:

o Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

o Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.

o Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

o Highly motivated.

o Strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in Information Technology Industry.

Familiarity with MS Office Suite, Email and CRM.

Proven ability to achieve goals.
