Inside Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Manager to lead Mindsprint's Inside Sales operations. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, executing Inside Sales strategies, partner with an external agency to drive leads and thereby revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Inside Sales strategies and tactics to increase sales and improve customer engagement.
- A strong understanding of the entire sales process, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closing deals.
- Analyze Inside sales data and reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Should be proficient in using a CRM system and leveraging sales methodologies to optimize the sales funnel.
- Coach, train, and mentor Inside Sales External team on Mindsprint's capabilities, and be a conduit between Sales/Marketing and partner team.
- Thrive in a collaborative and highly-energetic team environment with a focus on driving sales ahead.
- Collaborate with marketing, solutions, and other functions to ensure alignment and support broader business objectives.
- Prepare accurate Inside Sales forecasts, ensure all governance with regard to the process is meticulously tracked and managed.
- A strategic mindset to understand the bigger picture, align individual sales efforts with the organization's overall goals, and identify opportunities for growth within the assigned territory or market segment.
- The ability to adapt to changing market conditions, customer needs, and new technologies. They should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be willing to learn and adjust their strategies as needed.
- Ensure adherence to sales, finance, and legal policies and procedures.
- Support the marketing team in other requirements and work collaboratively to drive results.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in an inside sales role, preferably a background in B2B technology services.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of the sales process and best practices.
- Excellent collaboration, coaching, influencing and leadership skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with team members, partners customers, and colleagues.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good with research methodologies to gather data/information on customers persona and profiles.
- Proficient in CRM software and other sales tools.
- Data-driven and analytical with a strong understanding of sales metrics.
