Description

We are looking for a skilled Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of experience in the job market context of India. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales through outbound calling and email communication. They should be able to identify potential customers, understand their needs, and close deals to achieve sales targets. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and send emails to potential customers
• Identify potential customers and understand their needs
• Present and explain the products or services to potential customers
• Generate and qualify leads
• Achieve sales targets and quotas
• Maintain customer database and track sales activity
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with customers
• Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales targets

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in inside sales or a related field
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong sales skills and ability to close deals
• Good understanding of the sales process
• Ability to identify potential customers and generate leads
• Experience with CRM software
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
