Key Responsibilities:- Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media, to generate new business opportunities.
Client Engagement:
Conduct initial consultations with prospective clients to understand their financial goals and needs, and present tailored solutions that align with our services.Sales Support:
Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and reports to support the sales team in closing deals and achieving sales targets.Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies.
CRM Management:
Accurately maintain client and prospect information in our CRM system, ensuring data integrity and tracking sales activities and progress.Collaboration:
Work closely with other team members, including financial advisors and marketing professionals, to align sales efforts with overall company goals and strategies.Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field preferred.Experience:* 2+ years of experience in inside sales or a similar role, preferably in the financial services or wealth management industry.
