As we expand our presence in the US market, we are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Executive to join our team, with the requirement to work from our India office during US time zone hours.
Position Overview: As an
Inside Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in generating sales, building customer relationships, and contributing to the company's overall growth. Your primary responsibilities will include prospecting leads, understanding customer needs, and securing meetings through phone, email, and online platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify potential clients using various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
- Follow-up: Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects to build relationships and keep the sales pipeline active.
- CRM Management: Update and maintain accurate records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system for tracking leads and sales opportunities.
- Customer Queries: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate product or service information.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up to date with product offerings, features, and industry trends to effectively communicate value to customers.
- Quotas & Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals as set by the manager.
- Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and provide feedback on market trends, competitors, and customer insights.
Key Skills And Competencies
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain customer relationships.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Persuasive and influential; able to handle rejections and objections professionally.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in lead tracking and follow-up.

Qualification
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, ideally in inside sales, tele-sales, or customer service.
- Experience with B2B or B2C sales processes is highly desirable.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM tools and online meeting software is essential.
- Shift Timings - 6 PM - 3 AM (US Shift)
