Job Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team in Bengaluru. This role is ideal for someone who is excited about sales, has a knack for building relationships, and is eager to grow in a high-energy startup environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and qualify potential customers through outbound calls, emails, and other channels.
- Sales Outreach: Conduct sales calls to engage prospects, understand their business needs, and position Typof's solutions effectively.
- Follow-ups & Pipeline Management: Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and track their progress in the sales pipeline.
- Product Demos: Schedule and conduct online product demos to showcase the value of our platform.
- Customer Relationship: Build strong, long-term relationships with prospects to convert them into customers.
- Market Insights: Gather feedback from prospects and share insights to help refine our sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Experience: Freshers to 2 years of experience in sales, customer support, or a similar role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and a proactive approach.
- Mindset: Self-motivated, results-driven, and excited about working in a startup environment.
- Bonus Points: Experience with CRM tools and prior knowledge of the e-commerce or SaaS industry.
Location: On-site in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
