Job Description

Need Inside Sales Executive
  • Key Responsibilities:
Sales Generation:
  • Engage with potential and existing customers via phone, email, and online platforms to generate and close sales opportunities.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Provide timely and accurate information to customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Compliance and Documentation:
  • Conduct compliance calls to ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations.
Accurately document all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Ensure that all transactions meet the legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Qualifications:
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Experience:
  • 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, Data Sourcing or Data analysis.
Experience in handling compliance calls is highly desirable.
  • Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Salary: 15k to 20k (Depends on interview)
