Minimum Experience - 4 to 5 Yrs Job Location - Hyderabad Inside Sales / Business Development A well-established IT Consulting & Software Services Provider based in Hyderabad, India is looking for a dynamic Sales & Business Development Professional who is highly motivated and has a consultative sales approach with a passion to provide digital solutions to clients and drivenumbers. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in bringing the companys vision to life and will have good listening skills with a balanced approach which reflects high energy levels as a true sales icon yet subtle with an intention to provide satisfactory service throughout the sales cycle and build a customer relationship. Key Responsibilities Sourcing potential new customers via various sources including LinkedIn, networking, social media, and others. Identifying customer needs and advising on solutions for them. Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their requirements andconcerns. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services. Making adequate outbound calls to prospects Maintaining regular contact with existing customers. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections. Meeting sales targets Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internalteams. Attending product training and seminars Key Requirements Proven track record as Sales & Business Development Professional(Software/SaaS/EdTech) Proficiency in English (English/Arabic) for ME Region Excellent knowledge of MS Office Hands-on experience with CRM is a plus. Basic Understanding of technologies used for Web Design & Development, Web Applications, Software Development, API Integration & Digital Marketing Thorough understanding of Marketing and Negotiating Techniques Attitude to learn new technologies and keep updated with markettrends. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations using MS Teams, WebExect.
