Job Role- Inside Sales Executive- Salesforce
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Proven experience in selling Salesforce solutions, including a deep understanding of Salesforce products, features, and their application to solve client business challenges.
- Strong track record in sales, lead generation, and closing deals, specifically in the tech or SaaS industry.
- Expertise in consultative selling, identifying client needs, and positioning Salesforce as the ideal solution.
- Proficient in using Salesforce CRM to manage leads, track opportunities, and optimize sales processes.
- Skilled in articulating the value proposition of Salesforce solutions to decision-makers and handling objections effectively.
- Lead generation through cold calling, email campaigns, Upwork, LinkedIn, and other similar channels.
- Manage & maintain a minimum of 30-40 completed calls per day primarily targeting decision-makers.
- Participate in forecast review meetings to review the progress toward revenue and growth goals.
- Gather and share insights on market trends, competitors, and client feedback to improve sales strategies.
Skills:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in selling Salesforce solutions.
- Clear communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage prospects and present solutions.
- Ability to understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions that address those needs.
- Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage leads, opportunities, and sales pipeline.
- Skilled in managing objections and turning challenges into sales opportunities.
- Self-motivated with a strong focus on achieving sales targets and consistently driving growth.
- Ability to stay organized and meet daily activity targets while managing multiple priorities.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, IT, marketing, business, or a related field.
