Job Description

Position: Inside Sales Executive (Fresher)

Location: Gurgaon, Sector 48

Duration: Full-Time

Working Days: Monday - Friday

Timings: 10:00 am to 7:00 pm

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Inside Sales Executive (Fresher) to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential customers, and driving sales growth. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals looking to start their career in sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

Identify and generate new sales leads through cold calls.

Research and qualify potential clients.

Customer Engagement:

Reach out to potential clients to introduce our services.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Sales Process:

Understand clients needs and provide appropriate solutions.

Prepare and deliver sales presentations and services demonstrations.

Follow up on leads and close sales.

Sales Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Prepare regular sales reports and update the sheet.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve sales targets.

Participate in team meetings and provide feedback on market trends.

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field or pursuing it.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong command over English language.

Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.

Self-motivated with a positive attitude.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.

Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
