Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for making sales and marketing calls to customers.
- Coordinate with customers (architects/interior designers/consultants/builders/system integrators) and field executive to
manage/schedule meetings, demos and other sales activities.
- Update communication calls, meetings, quotations on Zoho (CRM) platforms.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline, tracking progress and ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure customer needs are met.
- Address customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
- Sales and non- sales targets would be assigned after training period.
- Looking for candidates possessing good organizational and time management abilities with a positive attitude and passion for sales.
