Inside Sales Executive

Job Description

This candidate will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and generating new sales opportunities in the B2C space. In order to be successful in this role and meet or exceed quota, this candidate should feel comfortable communicating with prospects via phone and email who are discovered through a variety of avenues.

Responsibilities

  • Research, target and open new opportunities with prospective customers
  • Develop targeted messaging to engage prospect companies and executives
  • Reach out to potential leads via phone & email.
  • Explain and guide the potential customers about our service offerings.
  • Qualify prospects by understanding customer needs and budgets
  • Update CRM system with all customer communications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 0-2 years previous sales experience, Freshers are also welcome for internship.
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Excellent Communication skills are required.
