Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Executive with 6months-2 years of proven success
to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lead
conversion, customer relationship management, and sales negotiation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contacting and convincing prospective clientsto opt for the program
Set and achieve personal and team sales goals.- Understanding the programs and activities.
Develop strategies to overcome challenges and meet sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Conduct virtual product demonstrations tailored to client needs.- Negotiate and close sales deals.
Gather feedback from the clients and share it with the internal team
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any related field.
At least 6months-2years of experience in sales or in EdTech industry is a plus one.- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and sales reporting tools.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.- Excellent customer service skills and a customer-focused mindset.
