Role Overview: Inside Sales Consultant will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and generating new sales to support the Organization. This individual will be a highly motivated, self-starter able to identify and develop new business prospects from given leads and Individual self-generated leads. A dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision-makers is essential!
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Develop new business via telephone and mass communication such as email, research, and social media to introduce company products and services and identify appropriate buyers within the target market.
2. Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
3. Conduct a need analysis and determine prospects pain points.
4. Identify key buying influencers within these prospects to determine budget and timeline.
5. Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating and conducting follow-up communications to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
6. Work with the Inside Sales Manager to develop and grow the sales pipeline to meet monthly consistently/quarterly revenue goals.
7. Manage data for new and prospective clients in CRM, ensuring all communications are logged, accurate information, and documents are attached.
8. Prepare and analyze sales pipeline reports and dashboards.
