Job Description: The ideal candidate for this role is that you are a proven sales performer adept in B2B consultative sales. You are comfortable working with K-12 products and educationist mindset that require focussed nurturing over a period of time and yet can build urgency for the end consumer to decide fast. You have worked in a highly competitive sales environment and have been at the top 10 percentile of your team.
What will you be doing

Counseling potential School Stakeholders/ owners/Principals/Administrator , helping them plan their innovation around Overall School offerings with regards to futureskills
Carryingweekly signups and registrations target.
Establishing the uniqueness and effectiveness of Wizklub programs .
Owningthecomplete Lead gen closing life cycle for leads assigned to you. This includes making phone/video calls, product demonstration, Singups closing, Execution Management and post-sales relationship management.
Maintaining a detailed database of all the interactions on the CRM with the Leads provided and Managing Recording of Video Presentations and Audio files. What are your deliverables / KPIs

Collecting SLQ for 1K admissions from each onboarded School and pushing for Revenue model B2B2C
MovingSchoolsrevenue rate to 60K per 100 leads shared
Work Location & Working Days: WFO/Field Six days . Strict 9 Hours of Working Sunday Week Off
