As an Inside Sales and support Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the sales efforts of the company. Your primary responsibility will be to generate leads, engage with potential clients, and convert prospects into customers. You will be working closely with the sales team and other departments to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation: Utilize various channels such as cold calling, email marketing, and social media to identify potential leads and opportunities for the company's products/services.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication, product knowledge, and understanding of customer needs. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our offerings.
  • Sales Conversion: Skillfully handle sales inquiries, negotiate terms, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets. Prepare and send sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to prospective clients.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Analyze customer feedback and recommend changes to existing products or services to meet customer demands effectively.
  • CRM Management: Use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and update sales activities. Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales data.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies, promotional materials, and campaigns. Coordinate with the sales team to provide seamless customer experiences.
  • Customer Support: Provide excellent post-sales support to customers, addressing their queries, concerns, and issues promptly. Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in [Your Industry].
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent negotiation and persuasive abilities.
  • Results-driven attitude and ability to work independently.
Adaptability and willingness to learn about new products and industries.
  • Time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 10,000.00 - 50,000.00 per month
