We are looking for an energetic Inbound Sales Manager to help drive our sales and grow the business. You will work with various departments and report to the SVP - Revenue. The successful applicant will be resourceful, organized, process oriented and motivated to increase sales and enhance the company's reputation.
Responsibilities
Accountable for driving and generating revenue for the business unit working on inbound sales inquiries on phone calls or chats.
Deliver the monthly target as assigned by the business
Generate incremental revenue from the existing customers by up-selling additional products and services
Understands pipeline management, working on opportunities/leads on SalesForce or other tools and be able to present a report on a weekly basis to the leadership team
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
Enable the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transitionfrom prospect to client status.
. Adhere to SOPs for lead conversion and onboarding to ensure successful client onboarding.
Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
Maintaining client records.
