Experince: 3+yrs HR Manager
Salary: Max 6lpa
Location: Kudlu Gate, Bangalore
End-to-end recruitment cycle with great project management, data analysis and reporting skills.
Develop and implement recruitment strategies for attracting top creative talent across various disciplines (e.g., graphic designers, copywriters, web developers).
Campus hiring, employee relations and employee engagement
Efficiently handle HR operations activities, employee data updating and employee attendance
Handling admin related tasks like business travel bookings, Infrastructure, Facility Management & Maintenance:
Planning and Maintenance of physical environment
Draft and implement HR Policies & Procedures, handle employee grievances & addressable with conflict resolution skills.
Manage entire life cycle of employee from recruitment to exit formalities.
Letter formats & Document Management
Leverage HR data to drive improvements in retention, engagement, and Diversity
& Inclusion metrics
Nurture a positive working environment
Build and maintain relationships with freelance platforms, creative agencies, and educational institutions.
Org Design- Solve organizational issues to align with business strategy and
capabilities required.
Compliance and Legal Review
Required Skills:
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
Proficiency in HR technology, HR tools, HR software, applicant tracking systems,
Social media recruitment tools, portfolio platforms, learning and management
systems, performance management, contract management is preferred.
Excellent Knowledge of MS-Office
Strategic solution-based problem-solving with good communication Skills
Multi-tasker who is persistence to follow up with a systematic work style
Passion for the creative industry and understanding of its specific needs and
challenges is a plus.
Strong understanding of contractual staffing regulations and compliance practices.
