Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Manager at Rupkala Gears Pvt Ltd. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. They will also play a key role in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to support the company's growth and ensure a positive work environment.

• Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
