Description
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Human Resource Manager for Overseas Location. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR practices and processes, including recruitment, training, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have 1-11 years of experience in the job market context of India and be able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business objectives
- Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates
- Develop and implement onboarding and training programs for new hires
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations
- Oversee employee relations, including managing conflicts and resolving complaints
- Develop and implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and career development
- Manage HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS systems
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures
- Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related issues
- Participate in the development of HR budgets and forecasts
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field
- 1-11 years of experience in HR management in the job market context of India
- Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in India
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Experience in managing HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS systems
- Experience in developing and implementing performance management processes
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
