Job Description: As a HubSpot Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective use of HubSpot within our organization. You will manage data accuracy, monitor team activities, and support the sales team with insights and lead generation. Your role will be crucial in maintaining our CRM's integrity and facilitating smooth operations within the sales and marketing departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and ensure contacts and companies are assigned to the correct contact owners.
- Verify the sales category of assigned contacts and company lists.
- Ensure every company has the correct location address.
- Monitor assignments to sales reps to avoid irrelevant company assignments.
- Add new leads found by sales reps and assign them appropriately.
- Continuously monitor and manage the team's activities and progress.
- Read activity reports to guide the team and ensure tasks are completed.
- Assign new leads and tasks (email, phone calls, etc.) to sales reps daily.
- Clean and maintain the CRM to ensure data accuracy.
- Track and report on the completion of tasks by sales reps.
- Generate new leads using Seamless AI integration.
- Update or change the NAICIS Code for each new company added to HubSpot.
- Update or change the sales category for newly added contacts and companies in HubSpot.
- Review and resolve any issues in reports and dashboards to provide clarity for the sales team.
- Assist the sales team with any HubSpot-related concerns.
- Implement necessary changes in HubSpot to align with process requirements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a HubSpot Operations Specialist or similar role, with hands-on experience in the marketing module and reporting.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems, specifically HubSpot.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to analyze data and generate insights.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with the sales and marketing teams.
- Proficiency in Seamless AI or similar lead generation tools.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the US Healthcare industry.
- Certification in HubSpot or related fields.
- Knowledge of NAICIS Codes and their application in HubSpot.
