About the job:
We are seeking a seasoned HubSpot CRM Specialist with 5 - 7 years of hands-on implementation experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing end-to-end CRM implementations and possess robust integration skills. This role requires a deep understanding of HubSpot's CRM capabilities and the ability to tailor solutions to meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- CRM Implementation
- Lead and manage full-cycle HubSpot CRM implementations, from requirement gathering to deployment.
- Customize and configure HubSpot CRM to align with business processes and requirements.
- Ensure successful data migration, system integration, and user adoption.
- Integration
- Design and implement integrations between HubSpot CRM and other business systems (e.g., ERP, marketing automation, customer support).
- Utilize APIs and third-party integration tools to ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues promptly.
- Process Optimization
- Analyze existing business processes and recommend CRM best practices to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and maintain workflows, automation rules, and data segmentation strategies within HubSpot.
- Provide ongoing system improvements and support to adapt to evolving business needs.
- Reporting and Analytics
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to provide insights into sales, marketing, and customer service performance.
- Monitor CRM data quality and integrity, implementing data governance practices as needed.
Requirement and Qualification:
- 5 - 7 years of experience in CRM implementation, with a focus on HubSpot.
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end CRM projects.
- Strong understanding of CRM best practices and business processes.
- Proficient in HubSpot CRM customization, configuration, and administration.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot integrations, utilizing APIs and integration platforms (e.g., Zapier, PieSync, Dell Boomi).
- Solid understanding of data migration processes and tools.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Experience with CRM reporting, analytics, and data visualization tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- HubSpot certifications in Implementation, Integration, and Sales Software.
- Experience with other CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) is a plus.
- Familiarity with marketing automation and customer support tools integrated with HubSpot.
