We are seeking a highly motivated HubSpot CRM Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing our HubSpot platform to support the success of our e-commerce SaaS product. You will wear many hats, from building automated workflows and managing data hygiene to creating targeted marketing campaigns and ensuring all our teams are utilizing HubSpot to its full potential.
Responsibilities :
- HubSpot Expertise: Possess a deep understanding of HubSpot CRM, including Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, Service Hub, and CMS Hub.
- Process Optimization: Analyze and optimize our existing HubSpot workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness across sales, marketing, and customer service.
- Data Management: Ensure data accuracy and consistency within HubSpot by implementing data import best practices, creating validation rules, and conducting regular data cleansing.
- Campaign Management: Execute targeted marketing campaigns within HubSpot to nurture leads and drive customer acquisition.
- Reporting & Analytics: Analyze CRM data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Generate insightful reports and dashboards to inform strategic decision-making.
- Training & Support: Be a resource for internal teams, providing training and ongoing support on using HubSpot effectively.
- Integration Expertise: Integrate HubSpot with other relevant e-commerce and business tools to create a seamless user experience.
- Staying Current: Continuously stay updated on the latest HubSpot features and best practices to ensure we are maximizing the platform's capabilities.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience working with HubSpot CRM in a professional setting.
- Proven track record of successfully streamlining and optimizing CRM workflows.
- Proven track record of cleaning up messy records in the system and establishing a workflow that maintains data integrity.
- Extensive experience with both native and non-native Hubspot Integrations across a company's marketing tech stack.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Passion for e-commerce and understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within the industry.
- A self-starter with a proactive approach and a desire to learn and grow.
Bonus Points :
- Experience working with e-commerce SaaS products.
- HubSpot certifications (e.g., HubSpot Sales Software Certification, HubSpot Marketing Software Certification).
- Experience with marketing automation tools and techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
